Sponsored by Fujian Provincial People's Government and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and jointly organized by Fujian Provincial Department of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation, Fujian Province Economic & Trade Commission, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Fujian Sub-council, and Fuzhou Municipal People's Government, the Commodities Fair Fujian China (CFFC), one of the national prior fairs admitted by the Ministry of Commerce, is a professional fair held on May 18-22 annually in Fuzhou, China, featuring the characteristics of Fujian province.
The theme of the 4th CFFC was commodity exhibition, trading and business and investment attraction. It gave prominence to internationalization, regionalization, and marketization, and pursue efficient trading, with a form of commodities fair and business meetings for exhibitors and visitors, and is committed to delivering the perfect and all-around services to participants, and building the foreign economic and trade cooperation platform for the economic zone on west bank of the Taiwan Straits, and promoting the regional trade and economic fair in Southeast China for considerable international influence.
Covering an area of 25,000 m2 with over 1,100 booths, the 4th Commodities Fair for 2007 has attracted more than 520 enterprises all over the world. The event was unprecedented for an estimated number of visitors reaching 200,000, among which were nearly 10,000 professionals in the relevant industries. Moreover, present at the fair have been over 200 oversea exhibitors from Europe & Asia, and about 47 multinational & domestic purchasing groups as well as wholesale retailers. The export trading volume contracted has reached 34,49 million US$, an increase of 22.39% over that at the 3rd fair, and the domestic trading volume contracted has risen to 173 million RMB, 25.36% more than the last. Besides, this fair had its zero breakthrough in the import with the amount of 16.12 million US$.

The 4th Commodities Fair for 2007
The 4th Commodities Fair will maintain the forms of exhibition, project promotion, policy consultation and seminar as well as news conferences. And the 4th commodities fair we have halls as follow:
Oversea Hall Expanded
The 4th Commodities Fair will expand the exhibition area of its Oversea Hall to 6000m2  and improve the scale and level of the exhibiting enterprises, which stands out its role as an efficient platform for international trade.
Domestic Enterprises Increased
Backed up by the economic zone along the west coast of Taiwan Straits, the fair has strengthened its communications with other provinces and, with the promotion of major mass media, domestic enterprises attending the exhibition are estimated to be 20 percents more than that of the previous year.
Industrial Structure Optimized
Also, it integrates the industrial advantages of the provinces surrounding Fujian and attaches more importance to balancing the industrial structure of the enterprises present and commodities exhibited.
Commodities Exhibited Perfected
This fair will still upgrade the level of the commodities exhibited by requiring brand products or those with "advanced processing or high added value".
